What is Complex Physical Healthcare?

Our complex physical healthcare service is designed to enable individual’s to remain at home at times when traditionally inpatient admission or hospice care may be considered. Conditions we are experienced in supporting inclue: Spinal cord injury, Acquired Brain Injury, Motor Neurone Diseease, Muscular Dystrophy, Advanced COPD, Severe Cerebral Palsy, Long term Ventilator dependence, Progressive neurological conditions.

Types of Needs

We work closely with families, Local Authorities, and Integrated Care Boards to design personalised packages that meet the unique needs of each person. Our services are flexible and can be tailored to include:
